I am sure you know that if your advertising isn’t bringing you any bookings then it is not working. Sounds simple and logical, doesn’t it. But there are still so many hotels and restaurants out there doing advertising that doesn’t do any favours to their business. So here is our top advice for this edition: If you don’t get guests from it - just don’t do it.
Hotels run advertising because they feel they ought to. They’re not really sure if it’s working but they are hesitant to stop it because it may be one of their main forms of marketing.
