Position: Professional Mac Artworker 

We are looking for an artworker to join our design team, someone who is well-trained, focused and has experience working with designer's concepts and layouts.

This role would suit a friendly team player who has in-depth understanding of the print process as well as the ability to adapt to new media artworking requirements, such as populating content managed websites and preparing images for web. You will be a fast, accurate and dedicated artworker using Creative Suite and other standard mac applications.

Skills required

  • Cutting out images
  • Extending backgrounds of images
  • Artworking complex items such as folders, brochures and catalogues
  • Artworking exhibition stands (again, very important to check measurements and all details)
  • Creating additional pages following a set design from our designers (catalogues and guides)
  • Proofreading and copy checking for typos and content errors
  • Applying typesetting rules to copy, such as n-dashes, correct hyphenation, etc
